I live in Florida and the rain season is upon us (now until October'ish). Summer it rains almost every afternoon. Usually short... but rains nonetheless. I'll get a rain jacket of some sort... as light as I can find. Don't know what to do about my lower half... other than just live with it. Suggestions? Keep in mind, it'll be like 98 degrees!
