When buying SRAM from an eBay seller, is there any warranty?
SRAM requires customers to go through a SRAM retailer for warranty claims. Do you think that most LBS properly handle warranty claims for products the didn't sell?
The situation gets handled eventually, but it is rarely a top priority.
