Bikes: Bruce Gordon BLT, Cannondale parts bike, Ecodyne recumbent trike, Counterpoint Opus 2, miyata 1000

When I started commuting a short ride left me winded and I stayed with the short hills. A year later and I challenge the longest climbs but then I am 35 pounds lighter.
