I've got one of these on all my helmets. I don't use the adhesive backing that comes with it, but use a couple of small zip ties to fasten the arm to the base of the helmet with a bit of epoxy to keep it from rotating under the weight of the mirror. A bit tricky to get the view angle correct, but once it's done it works great.
