I would say it's exactly the opposite.
Most people expect good customer service, and rarely write reviews when they get it because good customer service is what they expect. When people get poor customer service, they piss and moan about it to anyone that will listen, often posting the same exact review on different websites. Sometimes people even join new forums just to post the same review.
