I'm looking at buying new Campagnolo brand wheels in a few weeks from Chain Reaction Cycles, I haven't decided on the model yet but that's not what this is about. Some LBS and online stores don't fully prepare bikes, such as greasing hubs so I'm wondering if a Campy brand wheel could be assumed to be done or whether I should assume that I have some work to do when it arrives.
