That year was more of a sport tourer IMO.

More importantly, 58cm/23" I suspect is too small. Most 6'4" people will fit a 25" frame best. Is the 34 your pants inseam, or your actual PBH? EG, I wear 34" jeans, but my PBH is 36.3"
