If you want to sell the bike here, you'll have to upgrade which runs around $10 a year. Ebay will likely get you your best price but it can be a pain for a newbie especially. This site is pretty good. You'll get a fair price but not top dollar here. Craigslist can work especially if you live in a larger city with a large market.
