The chain is very tight when in the 48t ring and 34t cog, the RD looks close to its limits, and even though this gear combo isn't used in the real world I don't think I want to shorten the chain any. Just in case. As I said the chain rubs back on itself at the RD pulley when in the 22t ring and any of the 3 smallest cogs (11, 13, and 15). But this too isn't a real world situation.
