Wanting to change out the lower jockey wheel on my rear derailleur but all the ones I like are 11T and my factory jockey is 13T. Would changing the lower pulley size affect Derailleur function?

Note;my derailleur has 13k miles behind it and is functioning perfectly, the pulleys still look good, I just want an aluminum pulley for looks.
