I think you will need to send me the BMC for a thorough evaluation.

As I carry a 15mm spanner already, it'll work out fine. The lack of rack and fender mounts can be easily remedied.
But seriously, see if there's anything else you can do about the bar first. Risers, ergon grips for more support, different bar shape... there is probably something that can be done.
