Chuck, Maybe we could get a better understanding of your position, if you could post your packing list for a one- month self-sustained backpacking trip. Be specific, i.e., items you carry in your toilet kit, etc. We might be surprised about how close together we are on what we carry. It might also help replace assumptions with facts.
