Get a $15 old stainless steel safety razor, then $15 worth of razors at 10 cents a pop will last you for the rest of your life .
+1 for this unless you're up for using a straight razor, which would then be the absolute best (yes people do use straights to shave legs). Although, I'm assuming best to be closest shave and not easiest, quickest, or safest.
