Well, 2 rides and 2 bonks. A keto diet is no sustainable for us. We'll finish out the week and then back to a calorie restrictive diet while watching our carb intake. Now to figure out the right macros to strive for. 100 grams of carbs maybe? We're currently at 20 net grams.
