I've always had the highest regard for Scapin. My mid-1970s frame was my all time favourite. While I have no experience with this particular model, they appear to have a good reputation and I like Dura-Ace 7700, with the exception of the needle bearing bottom bracket. At $450, I'd be seriously considering this bicycle.
