I don't see anything really concerning condition wise in the pics of the Fuji other than the poorly done cabling and and cheap wrap job with no hoods on the bars, but this could easily be corrected with new bar tape, cables and likely some new aero levers for around $40. At $150 it is very good deal I'm surprised it hasn't sold already.
