Oh I would love to get my hands on that bike, I think it's an '84. It's just my style, with 27 inch wheels and sport touring geometry. Matter of fact, on your chainstay I believe it says "sport touring geometry". Wouldn't take much to bring it back to life, it looks like it just needs to be cleaned, lubed and polished up. I would totally disassemble it, go over the paint with polishing compound and wax, polish all the aluminum parts and replace all the consumables (tires, chain, cables, ect.), regrease all the bearings and ride it into the ground.
