The cleats look too far back to me. Centered over the ball of the foot works for most folks. The rule of thumb that says the handlebars should obscure your view of the front hub is mostly worthless. So is KOP (knee over pedal), IMO. I've always placed the saddle further back to produce better weight balance, where I can ride with almost no weight on my hands.

I try to avoid toe overlap if possible, but some times you can't. I've got hooked a few times when making a u-turn on a 2-lane mountain road.
