Here's the rear of my '85 Fuji with the brand new Kenda K36 tire. I wrote another caption in the photo for others who might be interested in the tread pattern/design. I made sure both my front & rear tire tread patterns were matched in the same direction.




Here's a photo of the old, well worn, (not to mention seriously messed up!) Kenda K35 27" x 1 1/4 tire that was about to blow apart!
