Mon: did 14mi in the morning for a recovery. legs were super sluggish to start from sundays ride. I am still getting used to looking at power vs speed on my garmin but it is handy on recovery days to take it easier than you might otherwise.
THEN my last patient was on time and I finished early enough to get out of work early and made it to the first shop ride of the year. Stubborn as I am, I hung with our usual A group and hung on for dear life. "luckily"? someone had a flat early on and cut our time down so we did not do 2 hilly sections. It was good seeing everyone again and riding in a fast group but my legs are smoked now. Taking tues fully off then easy wed. so I can do a good ride thursday with a friend before work.
