Roads were a little wet, must have lightly snowed over night, or possibly rained.
I overdressed and my head was sweaty when I got to work.

I just moved into a house, I've never had garbage collection before (always lived in a complex). I put garbage out this morning hoping today might be collection day.

EDIT: Just looked it up on our city website, yesterday was garbage day
