Lower back pain on crossbike..too big? For sale?

So I ride usually every 2-3 days about 3 hours per ride. I have 3 bikes and only one them has caused me any lasting pain. It's a giant anyroad and the deal is the same everytime. Lower back pain like it got stretched too far. This might be the 5th time over hundreds of rides but causes me to be in healing for a good week or more. Thought I fixed it with change from 100 to 70mm stem. Now I put seat down a bit too but still hesitant to ride it. Any suggestions im all ears. Wondering if its just too large of a bike. Or might be fixed by a dif positioning by rising/lower seat or handlebar. One more time it does this to me and I'm def going to be looking for someone to take it off my hands!
