Outside the rainy season they flat about as often as Gatorskins or GP4Seasons which is rarely.
OTOH, assuming you spend 15 minutes changing a flat including time looking for the debris which caused it the power savings over Gatorskins mean you come out ahead on time provided you don't flat more frequently than once every five hours.
