That's not what I meant. Most of the time here on A&S we discuss accidental bike/vehicle collisions and often what the driver could/should have done to prevent it, if possible. In other words, safe riding. This was not an accident, not like most "I didn't see the cyclist" incidents we often see here. This was a cold-blooded intentional act to cause harm to the kid on the bike. There is little if anything this kid could have done to prevent this other than not get into an argument with the idiot who ran him down.
