Sound quality is excellent. I have used them for phone calls in my car and they were fine but I haven't used them for phone calls on my bike. Probably would work fine but rising is my "me" time so I don't take calls then.
It's a bit of a strange sensation - you can hear your audio perfectly but you also have complete situational awareness.
