Average speed and watts don't correlate, because the relationship between watts and speed isn't linear.

So, if you spend the entire ride riding at the average speed you'll use the least watts. But if you ride faster on none stretch and slower on another, you'll use more total watts despite finishing in the same time with the same average speed. Essentially you needed more watts to ride above the average speed than you saved riding below.

So, all three charts are equally plausible, and consistent with each other, though, of course that doesn't mean they are.
