Like rhenning said. Most Walmarts will have some basic cruisers on sale for a super low price. Ours has a basic Huffy Cranbrook for $88. Heck, your wheels and tires would cost you that much not to mention you now have your 44T chainring and 18T rear sprocket, front fork, seat, handlebars plus a bunch of parts you might not even transfer to the dyno glide. Plus, you could just hang up the powder coated frame and stuff and just ride your spare parts.
