I will look thru my Campy skewer stash in the next day or two and get back to you. Good chance I have something that matches this front...depending on the year it could be that this is a later version due to the curved lever but the period correct nut for an earlier skewer...I'm not an expert either but will consult the catalogs...

I'm not especially Campy literate, but I do want the type for 120/126 spacing. This is the one that is on the front but I'm not sure it is correct for the large flange hub it came on, or even correct for itself. The nut says Brev but the lever is curved and says patent. I don't know if that means it's a mismatch:
Ideally I'd have a matched set of Record or NR skewers but on the bike I'm building they don't have to be perfect or correct. I'd like them to match, however.
