I had the same problem happen this Spring with my Blackburn Flea. It worked last Fall but would not take a charge after Winter's hiatus. When I tried charging it, I only saw a weak, short flicker of green.

My fix: Using an emery board, I cleaned the contacts on the Flea and charger. Plugged it into a USB and voila, all's working again.
