Are you looking for aero or non-aero levers?

For aero levers, you might consider using one of the modern levers. Tektro, TRP RRL, or Origin8. Maybe other brands too.

How much did Campagnolo non-shifting levers match their shifting levers? There is a non-shifting Carbon Record lever, maybe from the late 90's that is virtually identical to the shifting version (and I think it appears to be a real factory option). I'm not sure if that was done with other levers.
