After following the formulas on Sheldon brown(and triple checking g) the rear chainline still comes in around 45 mm.

confused . I thought 135 mill spacing =50mil rear chainline

130 mill spacing =45 mil rear chainline?

Thus the need to actually measure and not assume. So to goes with choosing a BB spindle length. Measure a known spindle and how it positions the crank. Charts are fine to use as a starting point but I don't rely on them to be the best end answer until I confirm. Andy.
