Thanks. These rims are for my FAST road bike, an old Land Shark Road Shark, laced to Dura Ace hubs. I had initially bought the CR-18s, but decided they weren't.... good enough for the Land Shark. Hence why I'm here. I don't want a durable rim that's OK, I want a fast rim that's awesome.

That's interesting. I've been having a hard time finding silver rims compared to grey anodized. I don't know if I'm willing to go back to the 60s/70s for performance reasons. Didn't technology improve greatly around the 80s and 90s for rims?
