I saw a bike for sale and was trying to figure out what it is. anyone familiar with this French bike it looks cheap but I could repurpose those Mafac Racer centre pulls. Also seeing a cheap bike old road without suicide levers and cotters leads me to think it was upgraded no chromed stays. though. Thoughts??? I believe frame says "Ten Speed" and my eyes aren't as good is that a dent in the seat tube.
