I got a new bicycle a few days ago, but there seems to be a problem.
The valve (a schrader valve) on the front wheel of the bicycle seems to be broken. The pin is submerged lower than the valve for the rear wheel, which means that the pump is unable to open up the valve and let in air. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks.
