Thanks Juvela, I checked out the threads and it seems only a Grand Record or Le champion would be worth the drive. I didn't notice the cotter at first. I'll past on this, already have two Raleigh gas pipe frames. The owner said they are Vanquerer 990 as opposed to Mafacs brakes.
