LaCo PW Night Crew Damaging the SGRT

The section from Spring Street to the Bridge (Maybe this is considered Coyote Creek) has been damaged by crews driving trucks that weigh more than that section is made for. They've recently finished patching what damage they've done and I have to say they did a pretty half-A$$ed job of it. What gets me is that the damage is directly responsible by the crews and trucks that are driving on it but no one wants to fix what they've broken. I've actually seen trucks driving on it and making it worse. One time they were fixing one of the electrical poles right around the 605 and Katella area and the truck put down their "stabilization" arms and they thing just dug itself into the concrete.
