I can't tell if the "made in Italy" text is on the saddle in pic posted be Sloar. I looked at a Grand Prix in my bins and the marking is there, however.

I never gave much thought to the maker of these saddles, which were used on low end Torpados for one. Searching Velobase I found a Selle Italia Grand Prix saddle. It is shown covered but seems to have the same shape.
