I never gave much thought to the maker of these saddles, which were used on low end Torpados for one. Searching Velobase I found a Selle Italia Grand Prix saddle. It is shown covered but seems to have the same shape.

The "MADE IN ITALY" marking on sloar's saddle shows up pretty well in the third photo.

Found one poster who states that the saddles marked "Freccia D'Oro" were done by Selle San Marco, but do not know if this is correct.
