[MENTION=337442]Kevindale[/MENTION], put a new layer on the rim as well as on the tire. Taking the tire off involves deflating it and peeling it off. It may take some effort.

That liquid latex is also great for paint masking! That's what I used to mask the lugs on the frame I painted.

Glue will eventually became build up on your rims. That's OK. Fastidious people go through the effort to scrape it off, but there's no need to do so.
