Yeah, I'm pretty sure the bar tape is original. It's pretty far gone, as is the remaining original tire. I've got some cheap tires coming, new shifter and brake cables (hoping to re-use the housings), new saddle if I can't save the old Vetta, new gum rubber brake hoods, and a dark silver bar tape, but in a more cushioned style. I have a NOS aftermarket reflector kit from the '70s that I might consider applying to this bike... I think it's got round reflectors instead of the square, though.
