The vinyl / leather is still firmly attached to the foam, but both have come away from the plastic. So when I put it back together it'll be 50% foam to plastic and 50% vinyl/leather to plastic. I've got the cheapo plastic clamps to keep the skirt tucked under while the glue dries. I'll take some in -progress and finished pics over the next few days.
