I always look forward to rest days, and yet I always feel sooooo crappy during. Could hardly get out of bed this morning for work, let alone a ride, so I'm pushing my workout to the afternoon yet again. Anaerobic today, sweet spot tomorrow, and 1 min & 20 min tests on Sat, then racing crits on Sunday
