CTL is 78.1 today. -40 seems so incredibly low. I'll have to go back and see how close to that I've gotten...
EDIT: That didn't take long. -57 TSB the day after a training camp in Gran Canaria.
Damn, now THAT is low. I hit -40 a couple times this year building up from 80 to 100. It's not too bad if most rides are tempo and zone 2.
now I'm back in the low 80s, don't think I can afford to dig that low with all the road races coming up. Based on my attitude this week and a weekend trip in a week and a half, I'm guessing I'll be at a multi-year low CTL pretty soon though.
