I was in a similar situation as you--went with the Dajia Shallow Drop Bars, sold by Velo Orange. If I was running a 31.8 clamp, I would absolutely go with the Ritchey classic bars because they're similar in drop+reach.

I ride mostly on the ramps, sometimes in the drops. But at least I can ride comfortably in the drops for a good distance, most other bars I can't. The Dajia bars have been great, and I'll keep riding them unless my stem diameter changes.

You can soda can shim the 25.4 -> 26.0 difference, or buy actual shims for the purpose. I've never had an issue with soda can shims, though.
