Bikes: Marin Four Corners, 1960's Schwinn Racer in middle of restoration, mid 70s Motobecane Grand Touring, various other heaps.

I still havent heard a real reason for why the location of the padding is shorts, not saddles.

My assumption is so shorts can be sold as cycling specific in addition to saddles, instead of just saddles.
