Poll (sort of) Handlebar Wrap First or Replace Brake Hood First
Since there is a wealth of knowledge and instructional videos for both re-wrapping handlebars and replacing brake hoods (down tube shifter bike), I was wondering which operation you would suggest doing first
A. Handlebar wrap
B. Wrestle the %&#*ing New Brake hoods over the aero shifters.
