hi i have finished my custom drive train installation , i have a 9 speed 1x9 drive train ,


i have these parts

usamade components 50 tooth chain ring ,
shimano sora shifter
, alivio rear mech
, and Shimano CS-HG300 9 Speed Cassette 12-36T
9 speed chain

i dont know when it started , but i have notice that when i turn the crank arms very gently , there is a ratchet like crunchy rubbing feeling , that creates a vibration , i really dont know when it started its kind of hard to feel it on the road , but its like turning a ratchet .

i have had to mount my 50 tooth ring on the inside of the crank arms, its a 5 arm 110 bcd fsa 2 piece crank , but when i take the chain off the rings and spin the crank it turns smooth the 50 tooth ring is pretty big for the frame but it has just enough clearance its not rubbing in any way , it seems to be the cassette or the mech ,

could the chain be bent ??? , any ideas please post below thanks ......
