But the journey continues I found one more bike a 2015 Fuji Tread 1.5 and he has it listed for $550 with limited pictures. Shifters seem on the lowest end but they get positive reviews? The bike in general appears to be a lower end Fuji road bike which could work for a beginner like myself.

Bicyclebluebook (prices seem to be understated on this website) shows the price as $350 for excellent. The seller agreed to the price which I think is fair since MSRP is around $750 or so.

It looks like it's in new condition, 2015 and it is a road bike. If deal fails I'm going to go with the Cannondale Quick. I have spent too much time researching bikes and need to buy something and ride lol.
