How does the OP know that the fork is not bent. Merely having the wheel (front or rear) being visually centered between blades/stays does not mean the plane of the wheel lays on that of the fork' steerer of the frame's. I suggest finding someone with real frame aligning experience, not interweb smarts, and letting them have at it. Andy
