Bigger chainring but would need wheel and tire size to help you more. When my Pocket Rocket was almost new I was using a 13 to 28 rear 7 speed and a 46/60 in the front. Now has a 46/56 front and a 12 to 28 on it. Any of this is probably going to cost serious money. Roger
